Calling all young writers who love the craft. Let’s Dream. Create. Edit. Design and Publish a Book. Emerging Teen Authors Writing and Publishing Camp returns Summer 2026 for teen writers! In this five-session camp, (plus office hours with the editor, write together sessions, and book launch party) on Zoom, writers will:

  • Be published in the seventh anthology, part of the award-winning Camp Ink Series. 
  • Work with other campers and award-winning publishing pros to learn about creating a book, working with a professional editor, and a cover designer.
  • Receive two contributor copies of the book. 

When: Tuesdays, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. MDT, beginning June 30 to July 28, 2026. We will also have two optional writing together sessions from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on two Thursdays, July 9 and July 16.

Where: Via Zoom.

Cost: Early bird tuition is $599 until March 1. Regular Tuition is $650. In addition to camp, this year’s program also includes optional write-together dates, one-on-one office hours with the editor, professional book production and contributor copies. Scholarships and paying in installments are also available.

Meet Your Editor

Jennifer Bisbing is an award-winning book editor and photographer. Bisbing books currently in print include: Under the Pines, In Glacier’s Grip, and The Price of the Repair. She has written book reviews for Montana Quarterly, BlueInk, Reader Views, and Bisbing Books, and has edited over 200 books for national and international publishers.

Meet Your Book Designer

Victoria Wolf has been a graphic designer for nearly 34 years. She has focused on book design since 2015 and has designed nearly 500 books, many of which have won awards. Victoria has been with the Camp since its inception, and designing the cover and interior is something she looks forward to each year.
